Wonderful !

This is the simplest & easiest to use low-carb app on the planet. It does have some strange foods listed, I presume because it was developed in Sweden, but all the 'real foods' are listed & easily searchable. You can search only among foods that are 5% or less carb, or search all foods. No bells or whistles, just simple, straightforward productivity. Perfect for doing an LCHF program without having to make it your part time job.

Diff to find items

Although everything is alphabetized, u have to scroll thru everything to reach an item...no way to jump from A's to R's without scrolling thru entire alphabet. Deleted it!

Incorrect Percentages

The percentages listed in the food list are erroneous. The components that each food is comprised of are carb, fat and protein. The percentages of each of those components should all add up to a total of 100%. However, in this app, they do not. The totals for any given food are all over the place. For example, ARTIC CHAR RAW is listed as 0% carb, 8% fat and 20% fat. That only adds up to 28%!

If you click through to the item details, it indicates 0g carb, 7.9g fat, 19.9g protein, for total calories of 152. Rounding up, 8g fat x 9 calories per gram = 72 calories, and 20 grams protein x 4 calories per gram = 80 calories. 72 + 80 = 152 calories total. So the correct percentages for this item are: 0% carb, 47% fat, 53% protein, which correctly adds up to 100%.

This app is useless unless you want click through to the details for each item and do the math yourself.
