Capture one frame at a time. Shape your animation with ghost overlays, manual camera controls, a scrubbing filmstrip, and QuickTime export. Make stop-motion movies one frame at a time with McAnimation. Capture a frame, move your subject, and capture again. Scroll the filmstrip to preview your animation in the main viewer, set your playback speed, and assemble your frames into a silent QuickTime movie. CAMERA CONTROLS Adjust exposure compensation, shutter angle and exposure time, ISO, focus, white balance, and zoom. Switch between available rear lenses or pinch to zoom. Automatic and manual settings are available where supported by your iPhone. FRAME-BY-FRAME EDITING Use ghost overlays to line up a shot. Retake a selected frame in place, double tap a frame for a double exposure, or long press to change how long it appears. Original photographs are backed up when you retake or blend a frame. PROJECTS THAT STAY WITH YOU Create and name separate projects, switch between them, and return to your work later. Frames and project settings stay on your iPhone. QUICKTIME EXPORT Choose 1–60 FPS, select an aspect ratio, and export a silent H.264 .mov movie with a 1920-pixel long edge. Bake repeated loops into your export, save it to Camera Roll, or share it using the system share sheet. No account, subscription, advertising, or automatic uploads. Available storage determines how many frames you can keep. Camera and manual-control availability varies by device. Extended exposure settings use stacked photographs and may include gaps between captures.
