Every time I bill a patient it ask if I want to add to my patient list but that list is never populated

Not a fan if MD coder!!!
Numerous repetitive performance issues that directly effects efficiency for physicians and back office staff. Our company places up to 10 tickets a week for the app freezing as well as the desk top freezing. The app and desktop version crashes frequently. We are moving to Claimocity and hoping for a better result. Do not waste your time or money. Your practice will be extremely frustrated.

Around 2 pm without fail, the app freezes and won’t allow you to submit charges. Frustrating when this happens. It can take an hour to several hours for it to work correctly.

App freezes, waste of time

The app freezes when first opened then will randomly freeze requiring the app to be closed and restarted. Most of my time using the app is spent waiting for it to unfreeze. Super frustrating. I will avoid future jobs that use this app.

Enhancements to SKIP feature under dialysis. Enhancements to auto location selection based on encounter/case and date of service. Resolved an issue with dashboard sometimes not displaying.
