View all of your benefit account(s) recent transactions, balances, election information, claims filing deadlines, and more. You may also view transactions that require receipt documentation that may need to be submitted.
Additional features include opting in/out to receive alerts via text messaging, email, or both! These alerts could include information when your debit card has been mailed, when your password to the portal/mobile app has been reset, card transaction denials, and more.
Your security is the number one priority for Medcom. We use pictures and passphrases, along with device identification and challenge questions to protect your information. None of your personal information is stored on your mobile device.

The Medcom App is a highly efficient time saver. Everything I need is right there at the tip of my fingers. It allows me to see my transactions as well as the status of each transaction. When a transaction is pending, all I have to do is take a picture of the receipt and submit. Quick, easy and very user friendly.
The app works fine but I wish it would keep you logged in when you switch to another app to check something with intention of returning to the app. As soon as you minimize it, the app makes you log back in. Even my banking app does not do that. Why does this have to be tighter security?
Also, the function that allows you to select a current photo from your camera roll for a receipt only allows about 1/2 the picture screen to be captured in IOS. This unfortunately causes some of the needed receipt information to be cut off.
My employer switched over to Medcom probably because it’s cheaper and I have never had so many issues. The app is just like the website so why bother. I have had an FSA card for four years and have never had an issue with it and it’s only 1/14!!! My plan started on 1/1...and all I’m trying to do is order contacts. So not only did it take two weeks for my contacts to finally ship, but now they are telling me without proper documentation I will have to repay them for my contacts because they were not approved. Whatever, I’m canceling my card after this, I would rather pay thousands out of pocket than deal with this for a whole year.
