This app is an add-on to allow Apple iPads to be used as the touch screen of a Medical Check In, Patient Queuing System.
The simple screens make it fast and easy for patients to sign in and notify the staff. Patients info is shown on office computers in a live, check list style display. Patient visits are quickly documented and time stamped. No long interview. Check In takes only 10 seconds keeping it easy even for the elderly or technically challenged.
Easy setup. Medical Check In can be up and running within minutes. Simply install the app, set your system id, department buttons, and choice buttons. That's it!

Version 3.3
We've added an idle screen timer to avoid the chance of a customer walking away from the kiosk before finishing the screens.
Screens allow up to 30 seconds idle time but if no button is pushed, the information entered will be sent to make sure nobody is lost in the process.

Medical Check in is user friendly. It only took about 10 minutes to train the staff. It was easy to set up and it allows you to make customizations for your clinics needs. They also provide detailed reports to track trends and it generates a detailed audit trail. The patients and staff noticed the wait times improved. The support team provides great customer service. This check in system keeps your check in desk HIPAA compliant.
Simple & Quick Patient Check In
The app makes our check in simple & quick when patients are arriving for pre-op. It is easy for the patients to use (type their name, their dob and a reason for their visit). Our staff is notified of arrivals on their PC and patients are taken back accordingly. NO MORE missing pens, marked out patient names (hippa compliant) & making copies of sign in sheets. We love Check In Systems
Love it!
We have been using the Check In system for about a month and I can't imagine how we have lived without it for so long. It is simple to use and the patients have been very eager to use the device. If you are on the fence, just try it, you wont be sorry. I am very glad we did!
