Description
Need to turn your at-home fitness up a notch? A medicine ball could be your new best friend.
If you’ve never used a medicine ball for your workout then you’re missing out. They’re about as old-school as training equipment gets, but they’re still found in gyms everywhere for a reason – they’re a brilliantly effective training tool.
Medicine balls are particularly useful for explosive movements, and there’s no better exercise for relieving stress in the gym than the medicine ball slam, where you hurl one into the ground as hard as possible.
They’re also great for core exercises and moves where you put your body in an unstable position to challenge your balance.
And due to its versatility, this concept has stood the test of time and strength. A medicine ball can challenge your strength, endurance, and balance.

Great app that could use a few small enhancements
This is a great app if you want to put some structure to your medicine ball workouts. Simple and effective. Could use a few small enhancements
1) increase the volume on the “go”. You have do really listen for it. I am using an iPad with volume on max
2) in addition to showing the name of next exercise on the screen, it would be nice if the app called it out
hope to see these enhancements in an updated version. Other than that.. it is a great purchase
Nice app, but needs some things
The app works, but is very basic. The first time I used it and new to medicine balls, I had to pause the app and google some of the exercises. Glad it had a common name for research. Anyway, that slowed things down and was irritating. I would be willing to pay for this app if it had some amenities that it really needs like perhaps a gif to show the movements. We don’t need a video, just a gif because most of these movements are really simple…now that I’ve searched for most of them. I was not and still not willing to pay for the basic app. I have kettlebell apps that have videos for the movements and other good exercise apps that help me track and keep me going. There aren’t many medicine ball specific apps, however, so I would like to see this one get better.
I agree with others that the volume of “Go” needs to be higher because it is barely audible. Keep in mind, devs, we aren’t staring at our screens while exercising or at least we are trying not to so we can keep focused.
