Got me swinging again

Within moments I had a feeling this app was worthy of purchase. I used it a for a few days then purchased the full app even though I could have just used it for free just fine. The developer deserves the support for creating such a clean and uncluttered ad free application. At no point did the app try to bug me into purchasing. The app just works and allows you to work. This app has renewed my determination to dust off my kettlebells and get back to swinging! Consistency is key and this app makes it that much easier to be consistent with training.

It just works

This is a seamless app that allows you the ability to move at your own pace while challenging yourself and keep excellent track of what you’ve done. I’ve only just started using this app a few months ago but it has yet to let me down. Thanks to the creators of this and that it’s not a monthly but a one time you buy it you own it fee which is almost impossible to come by nowadays.

What I like and dislike

What I like about the app is you can track your progress easily; it gives you the number of calories burned as well as weight lift per session. You can also easily adjust the weights to be used. Also I haven’t noticed any bugs or ads.
What I dislike is the limited amount of exercises and the inability to add new exercises. Also, the app is not HIIT/tabatta friendly. You can’t set the timer to do a HIIT/tabatta style workout. Most puzzling is why weren’t more leg exercises like lunges added to the list of exercises? Overall, the app seems to focus more on upper body conditioning and less on lower body and core conditioning.
