Great app for quick home workout when time is limited

I love the variety of workouts available that target the entire body using body weight instead of gym equipment. The workouts are easy to set up and create more realistic expectations for the user based on metrics that make attainment of one’s fitness goals more achievable. Sure it’s not a replacement for what a gym offers but the app targets the basics well enough to be a good warm up before hitting the gym or as a good off day motivator to get the blood pumping if I can’t make it to the gym.

Easy to follow

This is among the best apps to follow a gradually increasing in difficult regimen. You can even adjust the rest period between sets so you never feel like you’re being pushed too hard. I also love how even with so much of the app being free to use, you can set your own price to purchase the full app. It’s not a fancy app like Nike training, but if you’re looking for simplicity that’s not intimidating, look no further. And it’s free to try, so you have nothing to lose.

Great App

I think this is the best fitness app for me right now. I’ve had several different apps, and really like this one the most. I just have one problem. I wanted to restart everything that I’ve done on this app, and start from scratch, but can’t figure out how to do it.
