Description
The Medocity Digital Care app enables a path to better health by connecting Cigna customers with health coaches and care advocates.
With this app, Cigna customers can:
- Monitor health goals, biometrics and vital signs (using Apple Health too)
- Sync with a wearable device
- Message their coach or care advocate
- Access helpful additional resources
The app was developed with Cigna and is available on smartphone, tablet and PC for Cigna medical customers only.
The app uses Apple Health and Direct Bluetooth Connection to retrieve vital signs.

Discouraging. Reams of information, unclear expectations punctuated with bits of support you can get on the website.
I’m feeling unwell and overwhelmed by healthcare and insurance - more so after a few weeks in this program/app.

App will not allow me to register
Having surgery. They called said download app and nurse will help you. They sent the link and I can not register person said that happens often try later. Still can not register.
Can’t even register
Doesn’t recognize input to create password field, wildly unacceptable for a company this size. Feels like a half clever way to offer services without ever fulfilling the promise

When you selected the provided registration link you should be presented with a pre-populated registration page allowing you to enter a unique password for future use to access the app. In your specific situation we would need a few more details to understand why your password input is not recognized.
