Melody Benefits App is developed by Melody Benefits. The app provides a single access point for participants to manage their consumer driven healthcare and other tax favored benefit accounts.
Melody Benefits Card provides the following functionality:
• Benefit Health Account balances and details
• Recent transactions and details
• Ability to fund HSA account from checking/savings account
• View all email alerts
• Contact administrator from mobile application via email or mobile phone
• Same username/password as the online portal (no need to register your mobile device; just download, login, and go!)
• Stronger authentication support (Picture/Passphrase, device identification and challenge questions)
• View Demographic Details
• View Dependents
• View Card Details
• View Card PIN
• Fund HSA account from registered external bank accounts
• Register new users directly from mobile device

Have no idea how to update the app
There’s no update option for me to update this app since the alert shows that. I have no idea how to reopen it.
Keeps asking to update app
Same problem for me app downloaded from App Store but keeps giving error and asks to update from App Store when it is latest version downloaded from App Store. Silly error and no clear guidance. Contact number asks to leave message.
Biased
Even if your purchase qualifies. They will decide wether they feel like giving it to you or not. It’s best if I don’t even sign up for this and make a savings account yourself
