Let me start by saying I always thought of myself as having the worst memory of anyone I’ve ever met. And that’s not just me being harsh on myself; other people have commented on how bad my memory is. I have ADHD, which impacts my working memory. However, I also have a very poor long term memory as well and can’t remember vacations, movies, navigation, things I’ve learned, etc. to the point where it’s had a significant impact on my daily functioning and relationships.I’ve learned about neuroplasticity a bit so I figured I may as well try to train my memory. I’ve been doing the lessons in the app using the methods, and to my shock, I’ve been getting through each lesson and mind palace with near 100% accuracy. This app has already shown me that I can use tricks and intentionality to have great short term memory. My hope is that these skills end up improving my long term memory as well with practice. For the first time in a long time I have hope and belief that my memory can actually improve, instead of feeling like it’s always getting worse. This is especially true in the age of over reliance on AI and technology in place of memory.The app is well designed and the instructor is really good at explaining concepts. I like the streaks system as it keeps you accountable to practicing every day. I wish I knew about these techniques when I was in school as it would’ve been SO helpful when studying. I may end up purchasing a subscription in the future, but I am so grateful for how much content you can access for free. It’s way more than most apps would give you. This app is a must have for anyone who wants to improve their memory!

I swear on everyone that I love that I've never written a review, clicked a like button, subscribed or in any way possible have volunteered any information to Trillion Dollar companies. If they want my thoughts or opinions they don't get that for free. I digress, this app will literally change your life. You think clearly, you're calmer, more empathetic and Ican go on . If someone told me that same thing I wouldn't believe them so I understand if you didn't quite think that was possible. THAT AND MORE !!!! For millennials humans learned and memorized through surviving, which meant everything was about learning from your environment and the images and our other 5 senses. Only the past few thousand years have we been brainwashed that 'Rote' learning (basically reading the same words on a piece of paper over & over.... ) If we're going to compete with 2 billion Chinese and a very competitive global economy then this is truly whomever jumps on this first and designs a simpler, more interesting, and has the potential to revolutionize a simple yet ingenious way to learn. Your child would be retaining information by a factor of at least ❌10. And that's with an average I.Q. If you can't change the world, you can change yourself. Promising, Well Designed, Expensive & Pushy

The app prompts you to do a review for “loci coins” and I was disappointed because so far the experience was pretty good until I got hit with the sales stuff. You have to select a plan and can then select a free trial. I don’t love this, but it’s so common. After that you go through some basics and then get the opportunity to do a few things yourself. When doing a room transfer I found out I would need to upgrade my plan for to unlock this full “mind palace” and the upgrade is double the amount of the plan I selected at the start. So far the learning to sales pitch ratio feels like it has been 30/70. Every step of the way I’m getting pushed and the prices seem ridiculous. A lot of self improvement apps I have tried and use are about $60 per year, which still is a lot for what you get, but the 2 I have at least are constantly updated with lots of new content so I accept the purchase. This explains a technique I have heard of before, but presents it in a fun and engaging way. I was really looking forward to this app. I had a feeling it would go down the sales pitch road hard after the initial process. An overly obvious marketing sales funnel model. Since I am having a lot of memory issues and this could be a big help they may get my cash for the year. I know my little complaint won’t change anything, but I’m so tired of this type of thing, especially in the self improvement space. It’s not necessary to be so aggressive if your product is good enough.

I’ve been using this app daily for about a year, and i’ve been absolutely blown away by how much it has helped me in different aspects of my life. It’s helped me be more productive at work, in school, and genuinely improved my relationships—for example, I can now remember peoples names and birthdays! The thing I appreciate the MOST about this app is the excellent support it continues to get. I love to see the ways memory palaces have started the “transfer” system and rewarded loci coins. It has given me a huge memory challenge and project that keeps me logging in everyday. Further, I like the simple “streak” system added just a few days ago. My only suggestion is to KEEP DOING THIS STUFF!! It genuinely has helped me improve my very poor memory and i’m certain it’s helped many others as well. My only suggestion might be adding more little “games,” that bring together learning from previous modules; For example, a game where you have a whole world map and you have to find the countries, capitals, bodies of water, et cetera—I think that would be a great way to bring together all that is taught about maps from previous modules into one practical and fun application.
