From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt the difference of this company. Helpful staff that were not pushy or asking a million questions about my situation. Once we were ready to test drive we were again helped without an interrogation. The vehicle speaks for itself…quite literally. The Mercedes app is amazing!
Any question I have will be answered and the system is a breeze to navigate. However, in case you are computer challenged there’s a service that is complimentary where a technician will come to your home and answer any questions you have. This car does everything except make coffee, but will definitely find the nearest cafe if that’s what you’re looking for. I don’t want my commute to end and stall going home just to stay in it for a few moments longer. Our salesman was first class as well (thanks Bojan Savic of Scottsdale). His patience and dedication to myself as a customer was unlike any salesman I’ve encountered. No rushing or pressure, just made sure I was getting the vehicle of my dreams. The only con to this experience is that I’ll never be able to get another brand of vehicle because I’m hooked on the luxury of this vehicle and the driving experience it offers. Thanks Mercedes 🥰

I don’t know if mercedes reads what is reported in here. Anyway; I would like to give a sugestion to the developer. For EQ vehicles, it would be important to show charging stations at any zoom level and all even the ones that are busy and „in use“ status. On a long trip I might not know the area and the locations of any Charging Stations. The App doesn’t show chargers until I have reached a certain zoom level for where I am. So its possible that there is a charger right next to where I zoomed in but not in reach of the open window. Silly. Also your app doesn’t show charging stations that’s all in use??? Its still there right. Not for this App. So you could be next to a charging station but it is in use and not showing on the app. Let me decide if I want to go there and wait for the next available charger, don’t hide it. Mercedes EV drivers are lucky that there is a different App -Plugshare-to really help with that. Please change this in your App here. I want to see all chargers in my area on the App at any zoom level, busy or not.
Next issue I have with this app is that the Service icon only gives you the option to call the main Mercedes Dealership where you bought the car.
Too simple to be in a specific App for your vehicle and for connected Services that you have to pay quiet hefty for. I would like to see a straight connection to the Service Appointment site for your dealer.

Overall I enjoy the app. It’s very responsive and the best thing about it is that it lets you remote start the vehicle without extra payment like some other automakers do. DO NOT GIVE INTO THIS MERCEDES-BENZ!

The other day my vehicle was parked outside and at 2:25am my phone went off that my vehicle sustained a “severe collision.” Of course I ran outside and was able to catch the drunk driver who hit my car. The damage was done but at least I was able to get a license plate before the driver took off.

As far as improvements, the UI of the app is a bit cumbersome and should be customizable with shortcuts. I shouldn’t have to tap 3-4 times just to remote start my car or check the location of the vehicle if needed. Also, it would be a huge plus if the car was also able to communicate not only via Wi-Fi with the phone but also via Bluetooth. This would allow for much faster operation when near the car. Sometimes the functions can take a long time if the Wi-Fi is slow.
