Our new experience provides easier access to the features you use most while on the go. This new version includes updates to the accounts, mobile deposit and navigation experience.
Ratings and Reviews
New version is very slow
I use the mobile app routinely; after the upgrade this past weekend the app has become excruciatingly slow, the ability to call from the home page is gone; can’t seem to find the instant balance feature (maybe it’s gone?) and on and on. I appreciate MEFCU’s attention to security, wish it didn’t come at the expense of convenience
Needs work…
The app appears more sluggish than the previous version. Wound up setting things up in the browser version and then things worked okay in the mobile version. Can you please offer dark mode for BOTH browser and mobile.
New Rollout is Slow
The new update does provide a sleeker interface, but everything is so slow now I don’t want to open the app anymore
