I have had the opportunity to have used more than 5 banks in my lifetime and without a doubt, F&M is hands down THE BEST BANK that I have ever had the pleasure of banking with. Superior customer service and products, too!

The app works okay for most banking related activities but its like some things arent thought out or the bank just feels like people will deal with. Prime example is the messaging part of the app. This should be used for messaging customer service but instead it has turned in to another marketing arm for the bank with no way to turn off said messaging. Another issue i have is MFA/2FA support. Texting is the only option. Im sorry but in the modern era when have way better options. On the positive side at least this app doesnt have one of those terrible virtual assistants.

I don’t like that I can’t see all my accounts without having to swipe right and keep swiping until I get to the one I want. And I have to click the account and then click transactions to see them. Obviously, I want to see the transactions if I click on the account. It just seems like a lot of clicking here and there to get to a place that used to be much simpler to get to. Best regards!

I relied on the memo field to identify the owner of each of the hundreds of HOA checks I deposit as the treasurer. You have made an already tedious job harder! What made you think taking away a field was a good idea? Did you scan your DB to see if anyone used it? If you had, common sense would have told you to keep it. And to make matters worse, the old app has been disabled. I am a SW engineer with 36 years of experience so i know what i am talking about. BAD!
