I love banking on this app. Everything is labeled for convenience! Anytime I have an issue and have to call the customer service line they are always available to help you with whatever you need. Super polite and caring staff! Couldn’t be happier with the mobile banking!
App login doesn’t work
Uploaded app in May 2020...login is an endless loop of adding your email and phone number in the second screen and after “confirmed” comes up it just takes you back to the login screen. When trying to reset password it asks you the correct security questions, so obviously it did register my account at some point. After reading some reviews from last year with similar login issues, why hasn’t this been fixed. The credit union should have a review posted here with an explanation. Why did I get an email in April 2020 telling me this App was available when it doesn’t work in May 2020 (or ever, going by previous reviews)???
Doesn’t work
This is not funny. Very unprofessional. Should have worked out bugs before launching.
