Meridian(메리디안)은 '자오선'이라는 이름 그대로, 화면 한가운데 세로로 떨어지는 리딩 라인이 가리키는 경도의 시간을 읽어주는 세계 시계 앱입니다. 도트 매트릭스로 그려진 정사영 지구본을 손끝으로 돌리면, 리딩 라인에 걸린 도시의 현재 시각이 실시간으로 흐릅니다. 초 단위로 살아 움직이는 시계, 날짜변경선을 넘으면 바뀌는 날짜까지 그대로 담았습니다. ■ 살아있는 낮과 밤 실제 태양의 위치를 계산해 지구본에 낮과 밤의 경계(터미네이터)를 드리웁니다. 보고 있는 지점이 낮이면 청록빛 대륙과 맑은 하늘이, 밤이면 도시의 불빛이 호박색으로 반짝이는 밤하늘이 펼쳐집니다. 여명과 노을이 물드는 하늘까지 시간에 따라 부드럽게 변합니다. ■ 내 위치에서 시작 앱을 켜면 현재 위치를 기준으로 지구본이 맞춰집니다. 다른 도시를 둘러보는 중에도 '내 시간'이 항상 함께 표시됩니다. ■ 전 세계의 도시 확대할수록 더 많은 도시가 단계적으로 나타납니다. 서머타임도 자동으로 반영됩니다. 특별한 설정 없이, 지구본을 돌리는 것만으로 세계의 시간과 마주하세요.
