Apple Pay doesn’t work
Says it’s updated to work with Apple Pay but it doesn’t work at all. Pretty barebones, you could order just the same via the website.
Promise but fails to deliver
The app has a lot of promise but it fails on various key issues.
1. Once you submit your order, you do not have the option to either edited it afterwards if you change your mind on something or made a mistake. You don’t even have the option to remove it from the order entirely.
2. There is no option to use PayPal as a paying option. Also, the option to pay in cash doesn’t appear when you are about to pay the order itself. It only appears in paying method in the menu. You also can’t change it and it stays stuck in Apple Pay.
3. During the ordering process itself, it lacks options, like changing the drink option in a combo to coffee. The apps sometimes will give redundant options like asking me twice if I want my order with or without mustard or mayonnaise.
Overall I would not recommend the app. It needs a lot of work by the developer in order to be more user friendly. I would stick on just ordering through other methods.
