Horrible service! Useless app!!
I had three bad experiences the three times I ordered from them, and tried to give them the chance because I thought it was better to “support local”. But this last one was the worst!! Imagine you place the order, they tell you it’s been accepted. A driver goes to pick up the food, and the restaurant was closed. No notification. The driver leaves, and the app sends ANOTHER driver to the place. Half an hour later I receive an email as if my meal was delivered. On top of that, they had already charged me, and no one was available from support since their phones no longer accept calls and their customer support line (instead, they direct you to send a message thru Facebook), and they didn’t answer me throughout their Facebook page until the next day. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would.
Delighted brand new customer
I tried this application today for the first time and I’m extremely happy with my experience. The selection of restaurants is unparalleled, the ease of ordering unexpected and the delivery process was exceptional.
While on government imposed quarantine, I was able to enjoy sushi from my favorite sushi restaurant (Umai) with no issues in the process. It was delivered fairly fast and in perfect order. If that was not enough, the delivery was FREE!
I thank you for making this quarantine a little less stressful by making it possible to treat myself today.
The App doesn’t work
The app it’s glitched or needs an update, when you try to go to the cart after you have selected the items of whatever the restaurant, it doesn’t let you. It doesn’t even shows you a notification or something... but when you try to go the cart before selecting the items it pops up a notification saying “you need to select some items before going to the cart” this needs to be Fix Asap..
If this has happened to anybody else just opt for UberEats... sadly to say but as of right now its more reliable.
(I tried with different phones and it does the same thing)
