Fix Needed
Orders get accepted automatically without user being able to see it first. The notification appears on the iPhone that a new order is available but it should let you either accept or decline.
Garbage
This app is absolute garbage. It is nearly impossible to search for specific restaurants. To make matters worse, when you finally get your order ready, you have two payment options: ATH mobile and Apple Pay. However, The Apple Pay is just a “front” because it’s not compatible with the app. I don’t live in PR so, I don’t have ATH mobile so, no sale. Garbage. The Product Manager, UX, Development, and Testing teams should all be fired.
Order is accepted automatically
It is very hard go logg off in rush hours because the app does not gives the option to accept or deny an order. They are automatically accepted
