Needs some work

I really like the concept, and it’s a convenient way to keep track of my pmdd symptoms. I use another app to track my periods but it would be nice to have something all in one. This app is capable of doing that, except it’s not very or intuitive. For example, I imputed the wrong dates for my last cycle and am not able to edit or delete that cycle.

I look forward to future updates.

Request to delete my account is not honored

My review is to warn others that your data and account will NOT be deleted if you request this from the app developer/ support. I have made 3 attempts to Brett the developer of this app to request that my data and account be deleted. Brett the developer finally responded after my 2nd email request to delete me data, but only when I said that I was going to provide a negative review. There is no way to delete my account from the app. You have to email to request that your account/ data be deleted. All I received from Brett were apologies and excuses since Oct. it is now November and I haven’t heard from the alleged IT person to let me know that my account has been deleted. I sent a 3rd email and I haven’t received return communication. So this is why I am posting the negative review. I don’t just want to delete the app from my phone and have my account continue to exist with this app. My request is reasonable. The amount of time it’s taken is unbelievably long. I’m frustrated. I don’t think anybody is going to honor my request. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING DOWNLOADING THIS APP OR ASK FOR YOUR ACCOUNT/ DATA TO BE DELETED. IT WILL NOT BE!

I'm heartbroken to read your comments above, though I understand your frustration. Our timeliness was not acceptable. Even this reply is late in coming, but we're well-intentioned to help people with PMDD and trying to do our best with very limited resources. I struggle with PMDD as well and had to take a step back for some time. With that said, we are always trying to do better and honor the feedback we get from our users.
As you know your account was deleted. It's thanks to your input that we've put a procedure in place so that the process is faster and easier now.

For a free app I think it’s very good. It’s easy to track symptoms. It would be easy to show your doctor — and to get a diagnosis some doctors might want to see just this kind of data. I like the interface. My only problems with it are that I find it confusing when I need to edit the ‘start’ day of my period. But that might be in the directions somewhere. I also would like ‘exercise’ to be listed as one of the treatment options. Thank you to the mom and daughter team for making this app for women like me. ❤️

Thank you so much for the kind words and feedback! We're working on a more intuitive concept for starting/ending cycles.
It touches my heart to know that what we've created is truly meaningful to other PMDD Warriors out there!
All the best,
