Always problems with this app and everything takes a long time.

It takes six steps to make a simple transfer. Six. Steps. In 2025. Are you kidding me? This is the best you could come up with? For one of the biggest banks in Colombia?

There’s no reason for it to be this painful. You could literally eliminate just one unnecessary step and save the population years of their collective lives. But no—this app insists on wasting your time at every turn.

Even the basics are unintuitive. Nothing is where you expect it to be. Defaults? Forgotten. Common actions? Buried. Randomly crashing mid use. Of course! It’s like the product team intentionally designed it to be frustrating.

If you’re going to force users to ditch the old app and download a new one, the bare minimum would be to improve it. But this feels like it was cobbled together overnight by someone who’s never used a banking app—or frankly, a smartphone.

The UI is a mess. The icons are a strain on the eyes. Tap through the bottom menu and just watch the glitchy, half-baked transitions flicker across your screen. It’s like the dev team gave up.

Colombia has fantastic developers. So how did this disaster happen? Honestly, Bancolombia should be embarrassed.

Mi Bancolombia is just a rebranded mess of the same broken app. Nothing has changed—still crashes constantly, still slow, still looks like it was designed with no understanding of user experience. The layout is confusing, the interface is clunky, and basic functions like checking your balance or making a transfer are frustratingly inconsistent. It’s honestly embarrassing that this comes from one of the largest banks in Colombia. At this point, they should consider firing the entire development team and starting over with people who actually know what they’re doing. A new name doesn’t fix the same old problems.
