Mi Edificio is an apartment building management app designed to make life easier for building administrators.
With this app, you can manage your building's finances, handle apartment units, generate receipts, reports, and more.
App Features:
-Monthly management system: Each month generates a page to manage payments, expenses, income, notes, gas measurements, reports, and receipts.
-Add as many apartment units as needed to manage their payments, debts, reports, and receipts. (Free version limited to 3 units).
-Add as many monthly expenses or income entries as you need, with photo of the ticket. (Free version limited to 3 expenses).
-Automatic accounting of income, expenses, and balances, both general and per unit.
-Export to PDF for reports and receipts per apartment, as well as a monthly general summary of the building. Forget handwritten receipts—the app does it for you!
-Optional gas billing management, in case you, as the administrator, also handle gas billing. The amount due per apartment is calculated based on each unit's consumption and the building’s total gas cost.
-Add notes or observations with photos and videos to keep a management journal
-Backup and restore capability using a JSON file. You can save your data and restore it later if you delete or reinstall the app. -photos are not saved in this file-
-Use it on your iPhone or iPad—you choose!
The Mi Edificio App is free to try with some limitations on the number of apartments you can register, the number of expenses and income, and the periods you can manage. You can opt for a full 30-day trial of the app to see if it suits your management style.
