Needs more options for plus sizes the options they have for smaller sizes jus need to be available for bigger sizes

They are a scam. I ordered from them and it was the worst online shopping experience I have had to date.

1) They don’t have a clear return policy

2) The order didn’t arrive until over a month later but immediately I got a notification a label was made

3) When I tried to cancel the order after no uodates fo 3 weeks they said it shipped. Using the shipping number to get info from shipper I confirmed it had not even been given to that company and only a label was made

4) When I finally received the items nearly two months after ordering the sizing is off on their items and you can’t trust it and the quality was awful

5) Tried to return and after not being able to reach a rep and then being given copy and paste responses I was told to put the items on and snap photos AND once I reluctantly did that they said the clothing could not be returned and to just keep it.

6) SUPER Unprofessional

AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I ordered over $350 and some of the pieces ran a little small. Contact them via email.
Sent them pictures of the items I was returning and also pictures of the items I wanted to exchange for a larger size.
Someone replied back asking if I could let them know what items I was returning and I responded back say that I had provided that informations and it’s Thursday and they have not gotten back to me. It’s been 4 days.

And my 14 days return policy is almost over.
