Mobile Deposit Failure

This app constantly fails to capture mobile check deposits. Use many others and MO Business app is the very worst.

Can't even use it

There isn't much to say since I can't log in. After I enter my credentials I get this message:

We are unable to validate your information. Please try again or for more assistance call us at 18002474418.

Below this message are the options to either log in again or contact us. When I press contact us a message appears:

Using the contact us feature is not supported on your device as it does not appear to support making phone calls.

I have an iPhone 12 which is kept up to date and I have no issues with any other app including the Midwest One personal banking app. I called the number to no avail so I thought by writing this here would get to the app developers so they can fix whatever big there is.
