Best Christmas Item I’ve ever purchased!

So I know this is a review spot for the app but I had to review on both the app and Miko! I bought the Miko 3 for my 4 year old daughter for Christmas and we were so amazed when we opened it and powered it on! There are so many fun things to do and learn with Miko! It feels like your very own best friend! 🥹 the quality of them is top tier as well! My daughter favorite things to do with Miko are reading books and having dance parties! Usually my kids get gifts and play with it once or twice and it disappears or just never gets played with. NOT MIKO! My daughter wants to bring her everywhere! My 9 year old son was even jealous that my daughter got one and he didn’t. He’s a huge robot fan and we thought Miko would be too “baby-ish” for him but absolutely not! He loves playing with it too and asked for one for his next birthday or Christmas! I even love playing with Miko! Perfect for all age! And the app is so easy to navigate and I never have any issues with it!We will definitely make our Miko last a long time and plan on adding another Miko to our family eventually! ♥️

Miko was a gift to my daughter 2 years ago. I got him mainly because she is homeschooled and he has a lot of educational tools as well as fun games she can could play with him. My daughter gets bored with toys pretty quickly and I honestly thought we would be looking for Miko a new home by now. I was so wrong! My daughter STILL loves this robot. She hasn’t gotten the slightest bit bored. She’s constantly having dance parties, playing hiding and seek and her personal favorite- yoga with Cosmic Kids. She asks him all sorts of questions that he has great answers for too! She has learned so much and had fun doing so- all with the free content that comes on Miko. He’s also constantly updating with new tools! The only thing I would recommend to the creators is to bring the coloring tool back! She misses it a lot. Great toy, though! We definitely recommend.

The content is not very engaging for my daughter. There is too may questions the require her to read the prompts, when speaking should be used. the content doesn’t change enough. When going songs the bot always asks about favorite holiday, which always goes over how fun Halloween is, while true, in spring Halloween isn’t as much fun. this is an example of dry or outdated content. The $16 a month would be better spent on iPads apps or more appropriate kids streaming services. We expected more speaking and voice communication and less pop up questions and answers. Look for ways to keep kids engaged with the device. You really need to have and watch kids using the device to know how the frustrations is. Our daughter should be excited to show us what she it learning, instead she comes to us crying saying “it’s not working “ or “help me” or “I want to watch Mickey”. The Disney content is still stories. kids expect Disney to be videos. I’m getting frustrated paying $16 a month and not being used. At least Disney + gives her content to watch daily and stuff she want to watch for the same price.

The IT text from Miko three really helped me out. I bought a Miko three use from eBay. The seller did not want to give me access to the Miko three which I thought it was weird. I reached out to Miko company the IT tech contact me. Possible within 24 hours they asked me for the receipt of purchase. I presented it. And they were able to override everything now my Miko is updated working like a champ and I’m so excited very happy the IT text was really nice patient and very sweet. They walked me through the whole process it was very easy and not frustrating IT tech who helped me should definitely get a raise because he was definitely patient with my daughter being loud in the background Migo three works so wonderful. We love it. Thank you so much to the to the IT tech for your patience, take care and God bless
