MindPad is a local-first notes app for people who organize real work across meetings, projects, research, and client follow-ups.
Create structured notes with paragraphs, headings, checklists, quotes, code blocks, dividers, images, files, recordings, links, locations, and Apple Pencil drawings. Keep work organized with notebooks, favorites, tags, archive, trash, in-note search, and an attachment library.
Your notes and attachments are stored on device by default. MindPad can export individual note packages and full workspace backups, and it can keep automatic backup copies locally, in iCloud Drive, or in a user-selected folder.
AI writing is optional and configurable. Add your own OpenAI-compatible provider, model, and API key to summarize, continue writing, polish, extract tasks, or create meeting minutes. Requests are sent only when you configure a provider and actively use an AI action.

笔记和附件默认保存在本机。MindPad 支持导出单篇笔记包和完整工作区备份，也可以将自动备份保存在本地、iCloud 云盘或用户选择的外部文件夹。
AI 写作是可选能力。你可以配置自己的 OpenAI 兼容供应商、模型和 API Key，用于摘要、续写、润色、提取待办和生成会议纪要。只有在你完成供应商配置并主动使用 AI 操作时，应用才会发送请求。
