This update brings smarter progress tracking to your task cards.
Automatic Task Progress - The progress bar on task cards now works automatically - no more manual slider. Add checkboxes to any task using the checklist button, and the bar tracks your completion percentage in real time as you check items off. Reach 100% and MindStream will ask if you're ready to mark the task complete.
Intelligent Completion Handling - Change your mind after marking a task complete? Simply uncheck a box and the card automatically reverts to in-progress - on the card feed, inside the card, and on both mobile and desktop.
Works with AI-Generated Subtasks- Cards processed through the Analyze feature now show the same live progress bar, driven by your AI-generated subtask list.
The progress bar only appears when there's something to track - cards without checkboxes or subtasks stay clean and uncluttered.
