Mineable - Earn Passive Crypto 4+

I was able to send and buy a Miner for this app, but it never came through, I have proof of the purchase of sending ether the the wallet and purchasing the starter GPU miner? Will it come through on the 1st like everything else? Otherwise will I get my ether back or what? When will I start earning from the app, this is my first time doing this through an app on my iPhone and everything says on the app that it will work by March 1st which is another week which I am fine with waiting? That’s the only problem everything else takes it’s time tbh, update: I never received my GPU device but everything else works perfectly

I started from the beginning since it was cloud mining I left it to do its job, but as I tried to login not working, I tried and created another account as advised in the discord channel but I can’t find my earnings, I believe the system will do something about it, because my downliners are also complaining
