I like the game but…..

In a previous review I complained about the load speed and that seems to have been fixed so thank you. But now a new problem has cropped up. I have level thirty on every mine except one which is in the middle of a prestige upgrade but when I logged in earlier all of mines were blocked at level one. I don’t want to delete and lose all my progress but if this is not fixed soon since this is the second time I’m just going to delete this game and move on.

All mine shaft 1?

Several of my mines seem to have a glitch where every new mine shaft unlocked says it’s mine shaft 1. So I’ve got 10+ mine shaft 1s in some of my mines which seems odd. But otherwise the game has been engaging, so I do still like it despite that.Update: my game kept crashing before it even loaded. I had to delete the game and redownload it and when I did that, all my purchases and progress were gone. The restore purchases option didn’t work. There was never an option for me to connect my account to anything. I’ve emailed the developers 3 times now with no response. It’s been almost a month since the first email. I don’t even want the game back at this point, I’d just like my money that I lost back because I definitely will not be supporting someone who ignores their users support tickets.

I really enjoyed this game but I’m deleting it. We have forced ads every one minute. I was going to pay to remove them but you all are wanting $10 and you all say it’s a free game no you’re putting money in your pockets or you wouldn’t be doing it Charging $10 to remove ads think of all the people that purchased that y’all have more than enough to keep this game up and running but I’m deleting the game just for the simple fact you’re charging $10 to remove the ads when all the other games are only $4.99. I’m going back to Idle Miner less commercials.

You have a good game however you need to stop with the random pop-ups that happened that make it. You can’t do anything until you watch and click money. That is not a good way to do it. They get shoved in games like this or coloring is absurd. I knew several people I’m one of them that can barely pay to have pizza so what makes you think that we’re gonna have money for ad Walker please fix it for people that don’t have money can play it
