Incredible
Everybody should experience staying at a Mint House! Made my trip effortless and amazing. Would recommend highly! The app is also very easy to use and sleek.
Unreliable and horrible.
I’m going to try to stick to reviewing the app, but let me tell you that everything about my Mint House experience was poor. In the end, they canceled my reservation 6 hours before my check in. The app is almost useless. They don’t leverage it for verification. You can’t see details of your stay. There are important elements that aren’t explained. Like, how do I get rid of the “verification pending”? The app automatically signs you out after a period of time, so I had to log in each time I tried to use it. This app is 2 stars, but my entire experience is a 0 star.
