Misfits Market Grocery App 12+

The app is solid. I have had no issues using it just like the website. But all you can pretty much do is place your orders, check tracking, etc. What I really want is an integration with the blog and the ability to add things from recipes seamlessly to a shopping cart. So for example, I would like a tab that brings me to the blog (in the app - not just a redirect to Safari) and a subcategory for accessing the recipes. Then when I get down to the ingredients, I want to be able to click on them and find out if that butternut squash or apple or whatever is available to buy at that time in my Misfits Market box. If yes, it should take me to the product page where I can add to cart. If not I should get a message telling me it’s not available. Being able to search for specific items would be great too. If I know I need salmon, I should be able to search for just salmon instead of navigating to the cold pack and scrolling to see if I can find it.

Variety and savings are my top favorite things about this service. I like that I can find organic and special dietary options without going over my budget too much. There really is so much better variety here than my local mega chain grocery store. Sometimes it’s hard for me to find time to drive out to the closest farm stand. This helps me supplement my fridge and pantry without spending as much money on other grocery delivery services that are not as good. I especially like that I can almost always find something brand new!! For instance, I had not tried all the different types of mushrooms and they aren’t really available at our local grocer. This subscription has been a nice way to broaden my palate and experience new foods and flavors. It’s also easy to change it up, skip a week, or even cancel without feelings unnecessarily hassled and hounded by gotchas and spam emails. I really appreciate what this service is attempting in reducing food waste and I appreciate the ease, variety, and discounts too.

I canceled my prescription some time ago when I went through some money issues. I’m in a better place now so I decided to try the a la carte buying option I’d heard about. I tried for over an hour after signing in to find where to do that when I finally decided to try the app and see if it was easier. I downloaded the app and after signing in I literally get a white screen. I was looking forward to using your service again but I give up. It shouldn’t be this hard just to order a la carte. I know you want to encourage people to sign up for the weekly plan but making it impossible to use a la carte isn’t the way to do it. All it does is make a possible returning customer angry enough to give up.

They were quick to respond and my issue has been resolved.
