Convenient and easy to use

Was buying multiple tickets and my birthday is next month so I figured I might as well upgrade to Premier+. Logged on to the website, paid and it was upgraded instantly and reflected on the app instantly as well. The only thing I would suggest is that you make it upgradable from the app directly, it’s odd that I have to go to the website to do it.

Not able to purchase tickets

There is a number of issues with the app, however the most painful is inability to actually purchase tickets. About a month ago I’ve tried to buy tickets but when processing payment the app had a pop up message that”smth went wrong try again later. I’ve tried 4 different cards and with the same result. The dumbest thing though that when you choose the seats they are “on hold” for some time and you can’t repeat the purchase once again as suggested so you have to wait for 20 minutes to get the same error. Eventually I bought the tickets on the website. What’s the point of the app then.

Watch Now suggestion

The watch now feature is great. Unfortunately the little row of movies does not show the title. Just a picture of the movie poster cover. Please add the movie title, the length of the movie and the rotten tomatoes rating. But at a minimum the title.
