Difficult to setup
The setup instructions are horrible. I think it is a translation problem. There is also no main menu. For example, I accidentally said that I didn’t want to save images on my iPhone. I cannot figure out how to rectify that mistake.
It will not save video to your phone.
It does not allow you to share or upload images.
It does not tell you how to easily turn the lights on for the camera, and it is worthless without lights. It took me a day to figure that one out. Pretty simple when you get it to work, but why don’t the setup instructions tell you how in an easy to find manner?
Once you figure out how to actually get the camera to connect with the cell so you can see images, it will most likely be a valuable tool.
No Images From Camera
I charged the WiFi box, downloaded the Mo-view app, plugged the camera into the WiFi box, turned the WiFi box on, opened the app, went to WiFi settings on my tablet, clicked on the WiFi box’s network(PLX_Camera), entered the password and connected to the WiFi box’s network and get nothing.. No matter how bright I turn up the Endoscope’s light, no images are showing in the app. The directions included were not created by people who fully understand the English language. My tablet shows that I’m connected to the WiFi box but when I try to change the password or do anything else, the app says, “TIPS set fail”
I’d appreciate some help with this. Unless I do get some help, my next activity after this is going on Facebook, Twitter and everywhere else I post, and letting as many people know as possible that this product doesn’t work and nobody should buy it.
The instructions with my endoscope was unclear and connecting is counter intuitive. You go to WiFi, touch the WiFi being transmitted by the camera, on iOS allow it to connect to the network and your up and running. If you try to use your home WiFi it will not work. Four stars because the app works but the instructions are lacking for those that have never connected in this manner.
