Mobile Wizard is a free smartphone application designed to simplify the installation, configuration and maintenance of compatible Videx devices.
The application allows users to connect to a device via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, read and modify system settings, manage apartments, access codes and NFC tags, and perform firmware updates directly from the mobile device.
Mobile Wizard also provides access to device information, diagnostics and system configuration parameters, helping installers and users complete commissioning and maintenance tasks quickly and efficiently.
Compatible language packs and firmware updates can be downloaded directly from the cloud when available, ensuring devices remain up to date with the latest features and improvements.
