MOCA-Peds is an online, nonproctored assessment of and for learning.

Primary Features
[+] Answer questions on-the-go.
[+] Use resources like the internet or books (but not your colleagues) to help you answer questions.

Disclosure
[+] The American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) certifies pediatricians and pediatric subspecialists and evaluates their medical knowledge on an ongoing basis. The ABP’s mobile app and content includes medical descriptions and images of child anatomy, some including g******s, in order to educate and assess the medical knowledge of pediatricians and pediatric subspecialists. In some cases, there may be images of genital injury; however, none of these medically based images are sexual in nature and none depict actual abuse of children.

Delete and reinstall.

Updated review: entirely deleting the app and reinstalling restored function. It then required me to sign off on various “I won’t share this with anyone” statements and then returned to the usual Home Screen.

I’ve used it for my MOCA cycles in the past but as of 3/6/23 it won’t open. Gives me the error message MOC-A when I try to sign in. My credentials work on the desktop.

Re-install if not working

This is definitely not the most user friendly app. For those having trouble logging in: every time the app updates it seems you have to delete it and then download it anew to get it to work. Hope this helps those that are stuck!

New upgrade not working on my iPad

Just downloaded the new upgrade on my iPad. When I login I get a pop-up box that says “moca peds” with a blue “OK” button beneath it. when I push OKIt goes back to the login screen and I am not able to log on. Hope this can be fixed. I’ve completed almost 2 years of tests and like using the app.
