Modere 4+

I like several of the products from this brand I recently order the new “Trim” salted caramel the deal was that I could “try the new flavor and get a spoon “but I got no spoon like I need MORE SILVERWARE!!!lol But I tried to let them know and my modere person but that turned into a Them getting their credits was a more important argument So I just let it be. The reason I stay with them as a brand is specifically because of 4 products TRULY not the CS

Up until this point I have loved this app. But I was just hacked and they charged over $200 to my card and had it shipped to Texas! (Thankfully We coughs it before it shipped but still.) Whoever did this went in and changed my e mail domain and my password. I had to contact customer service and have them change everything back and reset everything! If you do order make sure you DO NOT save your payment method so hopefully this won’t happen to you. They should really consider adding some kind of pass phrase/password in order to change any info through customer service! That would prevent a lot as well. They are supposed to be working on fixing this and refunding my money. If not then I will NEVER buy from them again. I am furious and worried to death!

Well there’s a few things number one I cannot remove my credit card at all they won’t let me do it that is not a good thing I am not happy about that so I’m gonna have to change my card at the bank and change all my accounts the only way I cannot get a product is if I empty my basket which is fine but I’m upset that I cannot remove a card that I think should be illegal. Second of all there is no phone number anywhere in the app and any page for me to reach out to them I need to find out how to return a product which was put in a basket NI could not remove my credit card so it was shipped and took everything out of my bank account so it is my fault because I didn’t zero out my shopping cart but again I was not able to take my credit card out of their system
