This app is for Moms who are ready to focus in on their health and fitness through our at home workouts as well as workouts created for the gym. Fitness is for everyone and we want to make sure that you get access to our workouts when you want them.
Mommas & Macros believes that every Mom deserves to take care of their health either in the comfort of their own home or in a gym setting. We believe that training should be made available to every mom who is ready to go on their own Journey. With our app, you are able to open up and follow any one of our workouts whenever you need us. We have created our videos from the comfort of our own home. We are Moms. We understand the struggles that Moms face when trying to take care of their health while trying to lose weight.
We are here to help Moms like us become stronger, healthier and unstoppable. Fitness is a journey and one that you can go on your own, but it is also one that is better when you are sharing that journey with others just like you.

The download of Mommas & Macros is free of charge. There is no free trial. Should you use Mommas & Macros app, we offer one of the following options:


Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after the trial period and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. One Time Payments will only be charged one time initially.
