Pretty good so far

I downloaded trainer friend a couple months ago to try out with just a couple clients. They allow you to use it for free until you have over 3 clients. I decided to upgrade to $30/month so I can have 10 clients on at a time. Overall I think it’s a pretty good app. I wish the food tracking had a scannable software built in because it’s hard to log specific food amounts. One issue I keep having is that I will write my client’s workout and pick time based intervals. I save the workout and then when I go and look at it again, the app switched it to rep based so it looks like I’m asking my client to do 2,100 reps. I notice that I’ll input something and it gets changed for some reason. Most often in the rep range/time based aspect of the workout. I hope they can fix this bug. I’d like to invest for unlimited access but unsure if it’s worth it if this doesn’t get fixed. The app has also crashed for me sometimes. I will log in to change something and the app just blanks out. I appreciate the quickness of customer service though. They’re helpful!

Would leave 0 stars if I could 🤷🏽‍♂️

I wish I could share screen shots of the conversation I just had with who I’m assuming is the owner of the app or lord forbid it’s and employee then I hope the owner sees this. I have been a nutrition coach for about 5-6 years. Usually carry around 40-50 clients at a time. I already have program I use for their coaching but really wanted to see what’s out there as I’ve used the same one for awhile now. Came across this downloaded it. Seems to run ok. Obviousl not going to fully commit on till I tested it with one client. First problem is you can’t choose ounces as an option for your clients meal plans. Wrote support and they said they would
Log and ticket and make that change. Well here we are over a month later and I checked into see what was going on since it still had never been done. The response was my request is being put on the back burner for an update. I replied letting them know I’m not a fan of being told something would be completed and it never happening so I am going to just delete the app. The owner I’m
Assuming replied that if subscribed and paid for the service the he would prioritize it. But right now he’s only prioritizing paying clients 🙄. Good thing I never relayed that I have a large clientele base and lots more wanting to sign up if wanted more business. Why would anyone commit to paying for a service they already know isn’t fully what they need and transferring all their clients. Tried to give them a solid chance to earn an awesome boom of business had they just given me a little more respect and followed through they would have been happily surprised 🤷🏽‍♂️ I’m happy I didn’t tell them that I’m not some new coach which I’m assuming is what they thought cause they showed their true colors and how they operate. I know it’s a business and needs to make money but a little customer service and not responding like a greedy rude person would really worked out in their favor 😂 very happy I didn’t commit to this app and hope
People see this before they do.
