Mommy Tummy Fix 12+

The Mommy Tummy Fix app has been an absolute game-changer for me. Even though I had my last baby 13 years ago, I’ve learned that diastasis recti is something you can heal at any stage of life and this app makes it possible. It offers so much more than just workouts. The Live weekly calls with Jared and Camille are amazing as they answer all of our questions about exercises, nutrition, and mindset. Having the support of a physical therapist and a life coach right at my fingertips is something I could never get at my gym.

What I love most is how the app focuses on the whole picture: rebuilding strength, eating well, and shifting your mindset. It’s so encouraging and realistic, even for moms like me who aren’t newly postpartum. I’m not trying to compete in a fitness competition and go intense with training. I needed something that was realistic for everyday life. THIS APP IS EVERYTHING! Not only do they focus on us moms, but they actually help with ALL the roadblocks we face as moms trying to get back to a healthier version of us. INCLUDING the mental blocks we put up. It’s refreshing having a program that understands that. Community of other moms being able to chime in. LIVE coaching to ask questions, healthy recipes, strength training, checklists.. everything. This is a GAME CHANGER!
