Good but how do I restart?
Think this is a strong app and one I’m willing to pay for but after unexpectedly having to stop the exercises I would now like to start at the beginning again but have no clue how to reset it. Any insights on how to do that? Felt exercises were effective and well explained.

At this point, the app doesn't have a built-in reset function, since the training should always be challenging so you keep progressing. But in your specific case it can make sense to reset it. We'll add it as a feature request.
