Six 20-40 minute at-home workouts each week in both video and written form (two new workouts being added each week)! Get in shape from the comfort of your own living room or take the app on the go. These workouts will cover total body and specific muscle groups each week to lead you toward your health and fitness goals. The only equipment you will ever need are two 5# dumbbells, two 10# dumbbells, a heavy resistance band, and a chair/step. Don't forget your water!
Six 40-60 minute gym workouts each week (with two new workouts being added each week). These workouts include step-by-step instructions/demonstration videos and include focused training on total body and specific muscle groups. All workouts are modifiable. All content is balanced for you to maximize your efforts and lead to greater results. Are you ready to crush your health and fitness goals? Let's do this.

The BEST whether you’re a mom or not

I’ve been using this app for gym and home workouts for about a month now and I really love it. I had gotten into a bit of a funk with my workouts and wasn’t seeing much progress, but with this program I am constantly challenged - just the right amount - and don’t get bored. Even though I’ve had less time to workout (went back to work recently), I’m seeing more progress and feeling energized and happy about my body.

I also have to add that I love how Meg is very positive and not focused so much on body image, but more on the whole person. The fitness industry as a whole can be a really draining group because of so much pressure to look a certain way and negativity around any part of the body that doesn’t fit the mold. Meg is an awesome breath of fresh air - so uplifting, encouraging, and challenging in a positive way. This is the only online fitness instructor I love and would recommend to my own daughters because of that.

Now to the effectiveness of the workouts: my football player son and former bodybuilder husband have looked over these plans and been super impressed by how well thought out they are! (I may have even had my son do some workouts with me.😉) Just can’t say enough positive about this!

Challenging, fresh, flexible workout option

I love this app so much. As a previous college athlete I really appreciate having an opportunity to feel like I’m working out and lifting with a team when I do this app. The workouts are challenging and if needed you can always up the weights. I like the variety of the workouts and the fact you have three weeks to choose from so you always have multiple arms, legs, and total body workouts that you can do at your own convenience. As a working mom of three kids I can fit these workouts easily into my morning routine by waking up 30 minutes earlier. I’ve also been known to do them at night after everyone’s gone to bed from the comfort of my own home without needing to go to a gym. I noticed muscle definition within three weeks of starting this app. I’ve always kept up with cardio as an adult but feel like my body changed when I hit 34. I wanted to incorporate more weightlifting into my routine and this app makes it so easy because you really do you have a variety of exercises and you don’t feel stuck in a rut. I’m so glad that I found out about this app from my friend. If you’re on the fence give it a try you won’t regret it!

Great workout

These workouts are fast paced and don’t give you much time to think about whether or not you can do it, you just do! I sometimes pause and rewind because I usually have 3 kids getting in fights or making demands throughout my workout, but if you take them out of the equation it is easy to keep up with the pace. The workouts range between 30-45 min (If I remember right) but it’s straight workout the whole time, she lets you do cool down and stretching on your own. Trust me, Meg can do a lot of damage in just a few minutes😂. I love how fast it is. I’m just getting back into working out and I am surprised at how much stronger I already feel after only a week. As a person, I am not usually into motivating people but Meg is the perfect amount of motivation without being annoying. I’ve grown up doing lots of exercise tapes with my mom😅. I thought this would be pretty much the same but it is so much better! I highly recommend! Also, being able to cast to Chromecast is amazing👌
