This program is the actual best. It is exercises focused on helping you live your life to its fullest, NOT on losing weight or “looking good.” Because who cares how you look if you can’t play with your kid the way you want to because you are feeling too weak or in pain. MommaStrong will help your body and mind to carry the (quite literal) burdens of your life with grace. Even if you don’t keep up with the daily exercises, it’s well worth the subscription cost to basically have your own personal Physical Therapist to help you fix (and prevent) all your random aches and pains (see the Fix Me series!). (Disclaimer: seriously, not a substitute for real physical therapists, they are amazing. But many of us would not go to the doctor for some our aches and pains, and would quietly suffer, and for those folks/situations, I am here to say you can probably fix it!!!) If you are a parent, but even if you aren’t, and would just appreciate someone to hold your hand through taking care of your body in a really thoughtful intentional way, you need to try this. I wish I could give it to everyone. ❤️

I found MommaStrong 18mo postpartum after my first son. I had been in the fitness industry myself for over a decade and was skeptical but not for long. Courtney’s ability to speak to life and the body was a balm for my very battered mind, body, and soul. It’s hard to articulate how incredible MommaStrong is and the ways it has helped me in my life. I’ve been doing it since 2017, when my first kid was a toddler. This app is great. I can save workouts when I’m offline, works great anywhere , tablet or phone and especially great when a kid is sleeping or in a small hotel room w said kid sleeping and I can still get some daily movement in. What’s even better is the content in the app! My ankle randomly hurts: Courtney has a fix for that; my left hip has been killing me since my 3rd child was born: Courtney has a fix for that. This program has evolved with me and I’m grateful for it everyday. I’ve been doing mommastrong for almost 6 years - feel put back together after 3 kids. I’m stronger, more flexible and with Courtney’s guidance have found grace to begin again and again not only with exercise, but in my daily life.
