Best Online Gymnastics Programming
I’ve been a fitness professional for decades and don’t normally recommend online programming. However, these guys have figured it out - it is solid, sound and functional. The progressions, periodization and instructional videos have made all this new gymnastics work fun and definitely seeing results. I got my first bar muscle up using their program and the other programs are the perfect supplement to my jiu jitsu and Olympic Lifting. Thanks guys!!!
