Even my therapist likes this app

I just got diagnosed with adhd about a month ago. And I had to wait for 3 weeks to get meds for it. During that time I found this app, and it’s been pretty amazing to see the erratic ness of my un medicated brain compared to my medicated brain. My medicated brain is much more level in the graph.

Plays I like that I can jot down what’s on my mind really fast.

Thank you for the kind words! I’m glad the app is helping you get on top of your ADHD. 😊 I’ll aim to always keep it simple and fast, even as new capabilities are added. Wishing you a great year ahead!

I wouldn’t say this app is for BPD,OCD, ADHD, or anything with CBT

This app allows you to rate your mood with five options and then journal. That’s it! So as far as mental illness and CBT, this is not what you want. It’s just a simple mood journal that tracks trends over time. Easy to use, no logins, however, the ads are annoying so if you plan to use it I would pay to get rid of the ads. As for myself, I like the weight tracker, however it also allows you to journal, and will tell you it’s a food journal, but it’s a blank page. You can import through apple health and export to apple health. You can export both, which is nice. But for this app, I’m not a big fan of smiley faces, I never know what they mean. Plus you just have a horizontal axis. I like not having to pick words, but please don’t advertise it for what it’s not. Also - it’d be nice to sync somehow with apple health with mindful minutes or something, since you are being mindful. I accidentally paid to relive the ads from this app, so I’m going to try to use it as my journal, however, I do think $9.99 is a high price considering all it is. Melissa

Thanks Melissa for taking the time to provide such in depth feedback. Very much appreciated! I’ll take all of this onboard as I try to improve the apps for the future. I’m now working on these full time so many more enhancements to come. I’ll aim to make the naming and targeting more authentic too. Thank you for the support. ❤️🙏

i like it

i like how i dont need to pay for everything, on my other mood apps i have to pay to see what triggers me i like when it tells you what words affect you the most. it has a passcode or a lock on it if you only want yourself reading what u type. it really helped ke correct myself. i’ve been doing this almost everyday and i see the charts and i can see when and where i improve or downgrade. i really enjoy this app and i like the sound effects it makes when your clicking your moods. but i do have one thing to say i wish it had more moods than “-1, -2” type stuff i would want it to include more

Developer Response ,

Thank you Darius for the wonderful feedback and kind words. 🙂

I'm glad you enjoy the app and find it useful. I'll aim to add more in terms of tracking mood and emotions in a future update - perhaps being able to track specific emotions like anger and love with emojis? If you have any specific ideas do feel free to contact me directly on gs@feeltracker.com, and I'll do my best to add them to the app.

Aside from that, I'll continue to polish the app and adding worthwhile new features - there's lots of cool upcoming improvements which I hope you'll love (including some big ones eventually that use AI).

Thank you once more for taking the time to write the review. Wishing you good health - stay well! 🙏
