MoodMO is a healing-focused mood diary that turns emotional self-care into tending a mind garden.
1. Emotion Weather Station
See relationship and mood health as weather—sunny, cloudy, or stormy skies that make patterns easier to notice.
2. Warm, low-friction logging
Five mood levels, people and trigger tags, gentle deadlines, and voice notes. Drafts save automatically; edit history shows how feelings evolved.
3. Mind Garden
Weekly mood weather, healing progress, relationship pots for people who matter, trigger insights with gardening advice, and shareable weekly/monthly review images saved to Photos.
4. Vent & Release
A calming burn animation for heated words, plus a release archive to revisit what you let go.
5. Optional AI companion
Mood forecasts, AI-generated emotional podcasts, trigger “prescriptions,” and an optional closing line on review exports—with thoughtful on-device fallbacks when AI is unavailable.
6. Your data, your choice
Offline-first local storage by default. Optional Supabase sync across devices. Deletes are soft by default—entries move to a recycle bin before permanent removal.
