MoodWatch+ does not collect or store your health data. We use your heart rate only in the moment to calculate your 'emotive state,' then immediately discard the results. It's all part of the experience. Due to Apple's update limitations, the Watch complication refreshes every 10 to 15 minutes. If you feel it's not accurate, simply open the app, and we'll recalculate your 'emotive state' instantly.
