One of the best apps ever in all of ever. Such cool effects and I love how much control there is. My only sadness relates to 1. How saving a video you've imported often crashes (crashing on me every time now) 2. When exporting video it compresses, so you can really only import a video that you shoot vertically. Actually...maybe not even that, I should test it. I don't see any similar complaints so also maybe I'm doing something wrong? (Update: Import into premiere and then export the clip and use that version in Moonshadow and now works). Still, love this app! Please fix the crashing 😢

Fantastic for making the trippiest visuals very quickly. The chroma keying works really well to separate effects and result in whacked out combinations of effects. Never had it crash on me during video or when effecting pre-existing video. Stills work well though video is where it shines. Can take a dull moment and turn it into “duuuuuude 🤯”If you use this on something that changes colors you will be pleasantly zonked for a couple minutes. Have not tried it on those stickers that change colors depending on how you view it, would probably be most 👌

Every now and then an app comes along that has so much capacity that I know it will occupy my attention and expand my work. This is one of them. There are so many ways to alter images, and the results are sharp and colorful. I work with a variety of image editing and glitch apps, and this one has quickly become a favorite. It feels immersive, making use of touch-based ways to interact with images while altering them, rather than just pushing a button and waiting for a one trick filter to do its job. Congrats to the developer on creating a beautiful app.

I'd love to not only be able to save an imported picture as a video after it's been edited so I can get the full usage out of the gifs, but you should also add an eraser feature where you could get rid of the gifs in places you don't want them, and also maybe be able to paint where you want it to be. Other than that, it's great. Looking forward to seeing more effects being added.
