Our latest update introduces graphs where you'll have the ability to track your progress over time, monitoring your heart rate (HR) and heart rate variability (HRV). This allows you to see how your HR and HRV changes across sessions, and who knows you might find that regular breathing increases your HRV. Happy breathing with moonbird!
