Description

From the first entry of case information, contracted agents or employees can view and delegate case loads. Removal Tech's receive alerts for new assignments and dispatch is also updated with ETA's in real-time. Once "On-site” with the next of kin, removal tech can focus on the decedent. Quickly catalog personal belongings, verify required documentation and receive approval for elective procedures by allowing releasing parties to electronically sign documents sooner and when you have their full attention.
Upon delivery, Signed documents can be automatically emailed to the selected parties involved on an organizational level. Drastically reduce the time on-site by transferring information electronically directly to the funeral home or third-party management application.

Improvements:
- Added the ability to create new Entities when creating a new request with an entity not already set up on your account.
- Added a text field for typing in the 7-character code for decedent ID bands/labels.
- Added buttons for Dispatchers to cancel or re-open cases. Also added buttons for moving a delivered case to an Internal location and rebuilding documents.
- Updated sidebar icons for better visual quality.
- Added a warning if a user tries to upload multiple photos with the same filename.
Bug Fixes:
- If an Assist removal tech receives the decedent, they will then become the Primary.
- Resolved an issue where the Dispatch case search did not search through all cases for results.
- Fixed how the No P.E. button behaves. It will now start selected by default but will de-select if any personal effects are added.
- Fixed an issue that prevented users from scrolling to the bottom of the list of checked-out vehicles.
