Description

Motion Connected:

- consolidates information from wellness programs and employee benefits communications serviced by Motion Connected.

- has integration with Apple Health to allow you to use Apple Health as your wellness program activity tracker.

To use Motion Connected, you must be affiliated with an organization that has contracted Motion Connected services. If you already have a Motion Connected account, you can login with your current credentials. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one using the activation code provided by your organization's plan administrator.

Motion Connected integrates with the Health app using HealthKit. Using this integration is optional and can be enabled and disabled with the Link Apple Health switch in Motion Connected's settings. When enabled, the app:

- collects steps and time summed by day,
- allows you to view this data in the app's Apple Health view,
- and uploads this data to Motion Connected where it is applied to your wellness program.

Glitching

Been using this app since the beginning of January 2022. It was working fine and syncing with my Apple Watch in real time. The last 10 days it has not shown that my steps were syncing, although my challenge showed my daily steps. If I open the app through the App Store I have found that it will sink my steps and the app looks like it is supposed to. If I open the app through the icon, it looks like it is glitching and it does not sync.

Crap

My employer requires this app to connect to my Apple Watch. I’ve completed multiple password resets that doesn’t work when I enter the temp password and I can’t create a new account because I don’t have an activation code. I’m stuck and I have no way of contacting a real person.

Terrible

I’ve reset my password numerous times because this app login told me my login or password were invalid…. Strange, because I am able to sign in on my PC just fine using the same login and password. This app is aggravating to say the least. App Developer: Please, Do Not respond by saying to contact tech support or my company administrator, just fix the issue! If I can sign in on my PC clearly the issue lies within!
